City of Indianapolis apparently doesn't have a budget for a skatepark so they let this one continue. People used to play bike polo here, but they ripped the barriers out and turned it into a diy.
Good mix of fun crusty amateur stuff and well built transition. Big bank to ledge, cool arch thing over an a-frame, wacky corner transition section.
